Class Tuition

About the Fees

The tuition will be deducted from your bank account a month prior.
Additional fees will apply for events (summer school, summer camp, speech contest).
When a student changes classes, additional fees may apply. Also, the student may need to buy additional textbooks.
For enrolling, changing classes, quitting or leaving for long term, different forms will be required.
A system maintenance fee of ¥380 will be charged for all students.
There are no make up classes for the Baby&Me, Circle Stars Academy, Jelly Beans, Morning Preschool and Morning Kindergarten classes. For all other English conversation classes, there are no make up classes for students who come 3 or more days.
An IC card membership fee of ¥350 is charged annually.

Nursery care (one time use)

*For students who are enrolled in the Morning Preschool or Morning Kindergarten programs, they can also apply for nursery care before (7:30-9:30) or after (13:30-18:00) class hours. Please notify the school beforehand.
Members: ¥1500/hr
Non Members: ¥2270/hr
*If the parent is late for 3 minutes or more after 18:00, an extension fee of 15 minutes will be charged.
*There are no make up classes for any missed nursery care times.

Tutoring Fee
