Christmas Practice and Learning Christmas Words from Kokubunji Preschool

This week, the weather was so nice outside. We played in our sandbox and walked around outside, saying, “Hello,” to people we saw in the neighborhood. We, also, enjoy calling out what color train passes by, saying, “What color train is it?” Yellow, blue, or red!☀️🍁🍂🚃

With only two weeks left until our big Christmas performance, we have been hard at work, practicing our songs. We sang and danced with the kindergartners on the opening songs, and we will do this every week until the program. We love getting to practice with them! 🎵🎶🎄

During our learning time, we talked about Christmas items. We ask the question, “What is it?” And then say the item, such as snowman, reindeer, presents, and, of course, Santa Claus. Ho ho ho! ⛄️🦌🎁🎅🏼
