A Trip for our Kokubunji MK Potato Pickers

Kokubunji was all smiles and giggles today, we found potatoes the size of our heads! A wonderful day out in the autumn sun with a Kokubunji kids crew in Fuchu. We took a short trip to a farm in Fuchu. The kids harvested sweet potatoes. We pretended to be cute dogs and got nice and dirty digging in the soil with our hands! The most important lesson of the day was that we learnt where our vegetables are grown.
It was fresh, fun and full of potatoes!
